How to increase beauty?



Beauty is not merely a style or outfit which a person carries, but it is a way to provide body with perfect diet and nutrition. There are various organs present in our body through which our inner body system like kidney and other excretory organs gets clean. They also throw out harmful substance present in our body

Necessity of  cleaning: -

  1. Cleansing diet should be taken within the gap of every 2-3 weeks.
  2. if you are suffering from obesity, digestion or skin problem, always feels tired, pain or if you are addicted to drugs, wine, alcohol etc and taking them in large quantity, then it means cleansing of your body is must.

Enemies of toxic substances present in body:- 

Given below are some kind of foods, which fights against toxic substance as these foods contain proteins & fibre in large quantity.

Water: -

  1. Take ½ liter of water in the morning.
  2. Start your day with lemon water mixed with hot water.
  3. Grinded ginger can also be taken in the morning to increase digestion capacity.
  4. Herbal can also be in between.

Fresh fruits & vegetables: -

  1. In your daily routine, include seasonal fruits & vegetables
  2. Take 1-2 glass of juice daily.
  3. Juice of apple, spinach, gourd & ginger of beet is better for health.

Starch: -

  1. Food containing starch is useful in maintaining energy level of body.
  2. Brown rice, millet etc are rich in starch.
Make prevention from these things: -
Following are some things, which restricts the outflows of toxic substances. So, make preventions from these eatables: -

  1. Tea, coffee, sugar and alcohol/wine- these increase hypertension. Coffee contains caffine, which proves to be very harmful for health. Wine & coffee reduces water from human body.
  2. meat- meat contains fat, so make limited use of it.
  3. dairy products- use minimum dairy products except home made curd. Prevent yourself from sweet & fried tin-packed & spicy products.

DIET CHART

Breakfast
  1. Oat & mash of cooked millet along with fruits & chestnut.
  2. Mushroom, spinach or any cooked vegetables according to your choice.

Lunch & Dinner

  1. Pulses, vegetables & soup.
  2. Mixed salad of beans.
  3. Fishes along with vegetables & sweet potato.

TIPS

  1. Exercise daily
  2. Walk, swim, cycle or do yoga for good health
  3. Keep yourself away from tiring exercises.
  4. Take sleep at least for seven hours daily
